I guess I just didn't pay attention when I booked our next trip. My DD-16 and I will be heading to WDW and will be there on Mother's Day. I'm wondering what the crowd level is like since it is Mother's Day. Has anyone any insight on this? Thanks.

We were at Epcot last yr on mothers day and the crowds were fine! We didnt notice any difference to a usual day and every mum was given a red carnation as they entered the park and photographers were on hand to take special mothers day family photos.
we really enjoyed ourselves and my mom proudly wore her flower all day!
Its actually mothers day here in the UK today!!! so my mum will get 2 again this yr!

We were there for Mother's Day 3 of the last 4 years. It wasn't crowded. We went to Epcot in the morning and got our picture taken and the MK in the afternoon, had dinner at CRT. They pass out carnations at the gate.

DD22 and I were at Epcot on Mother's Day last year. Except for the record high temp, it was a great day. We went to the Mother's Day Brunch at Epcot and it was wonderful. The food was great and the decorations just beautiful.

I believe Disney Dining considers Mothers Day a holiday. If you're going to make a PS on Sunday, May 9, you will have to leave a credit card number and will be charged a fee if you don't show without cancelling. Cancellation is 48 hours prior.
