Mothers Day gifts from DL

My wife and I will not be celebrating Mothers Day with either one of our Mothers this year because we will be at DL. So I thought it would be nice to pick up a gift for each of them from DL. So what are some gift ideas everyone has beside to usuall novelty items like shirts and hats and ears etc? I know theres some really nice gift shops but what would a mother want from DL?

I got my mother in law a pair of cute mickey earrings from a jewelry place on Main street.

Well this Mom would be happy with a lot of things from DL. Maybe a special pin? Does she collect any characters, maybe a figurine or a shirt with one of them on it? Coffee mugs are plentiful, as are magnets and other little souvies. There are a few shops in NOS that have some really nice stuff in them too.

My MIL actually bought me a really cute red Mickey Mouse colander and a Mickey Mouse ice cube tray last year as a house warming gift.

What mom couldn't use a Mickey Mouse t-shirt??

I have tons of Mickey mouse kitchen stuff I adore the store on Main st with the coffee is a great place for kitchen finds.

If you bring a picture of your Mom with you, you could have the silhouette studio do a picture with you and your Mom, and framed very cute it would be about $30 per two person picture. As a Mom, I treasure those of my kids, and would love one of me an kiddo together.

I love the glass shop and have a few knickknacks from there. They do engraving and have some wonderful items like a trinket box which you can put earrings or something small in there. Once I brought home a tub of popcorn and gave it to mom who munched away then she came to a plastic bag that had tissue paper and a small snowglobe that fits in the palm of your hand.
