Hi all,

I am planning to take my wife the week of Mother's Day (May 9-14) and wondering what crowds look like that week (and if any special plans Disney does for this day)?

I have done some research and looked at crowd calendars and it seems like an average-to-below-average week in terms of expected crowds. We love Disney and it's our chance to let the grandparents spoil the kids at home while we go celebrate my wonderful wife, so hoping for the best!

This question has been asked a lot over the years (many, many years.)
And so, we have many years of "after-the-fact" information:

In general, Mother's Day does not affect the parks in any appreciable way, one way or the other.
It's not a "draw" like "holidays" which include a significant number of days of schools being out.

On many years, moms have been given a flower at the entrance to MK on that Sunday, but the crowd-level
has been unaffected.

That is more or less what I have seen before, good to hear it is still the case! And the rose at MK would be a nice touch if that still happens!
