Mothers Day at WDW

So we will be at WDW for Mothers Day in 2012. I am thinking it would be nice to incorporate my mom's mothers day gifts from me and my kids into the trip. Any ideas on what we could do?

I believe some of the restaurants host a Mother's Day brunch but I can't recall which ones - it's been a couple years - but that could be a nice thing to do. The Flower and Garden festival should be going on at Epcot at that time, which is really a wonderful event that she might enjoy. I remember the CMs handing out roses on the way into the MK that day, which was very nice.
