In a disturbing age of toddlers and tiaras, one Attleboro mother is accused of crossing the line — and that’s putting it mildly.
This woman, desperate for a promised $20,000 pay check, forced her own crying 10-year-old daughter to pose naked for a computer webcam so a “photographer” could check out her “body shape” and breast size for a bikini shoot, according to court documents.
The 41-year-old stay-at-home mom, whose identity the Herald is withholding to protect the girl, told the cops she was trying to land a modeling job online and had sent photos of herself to studios, according to court documents.
The woman said she was contacted on Facebook by a man who said he was “John,” from a Florida photography firm. The woman sent him images of her bare breasts and told him she had a 10-year-old daughter. On Oct. 4, John told her he had a client who wanted a mother and daughter to do a bikini shoot in Florida.
So, court papers say, the woman fixed her daughter’s hair and had the girl strip down to her bra and underwear — and conversed with John via Skype.
The mother and daughter couldn’t see John — he claimed his camera was broken. But at his urging, the mother told authorities, she had her nude daughter pose in front of the camera for about 15 minutes.
“John” is in fact Joshua Dunfee of Oxford Junction, Iowa, prosecutors say. The feds arrested Dunfee last week, and he’s being transported to Massachusetts to face sexual exploitation of a child charges.
Dunfee told authorities he could see the girl crying and running out of the room — but she eventually appeared before the camera naked, according to his criminal complaint affidavit.
Police charged the mother with exhibiting a child in the nude, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and reckless endangerment to a child. She is now free on $2,500 bail. Her daughter and 9-year-old son are in their father’s care at the family’s home. The Department of Children and Families is investigating.
It all came out when the mother’s sister went to police last month, according to court documents.
The sister told police the mother called her the day of the nude webcam incident, saying a photographer offered her $20,000 for her and her daughter to come to Florida to pose for a bathing suit shoot — and what happened next. The sister said she could hear her niece crying in the background.
Yesterday, the sister declined comment, saying she wanted to protect her niece. When approached at her parent’s house, the girl’s mother hollered: “My lawyer advised me not to talk to media. Don’t (expletive) come here again.”

Lussier was also arrested, but was freed on bail under the condition she stay away from her children.
Lussier told the Attleboro Sun Chronicle: 'There are sickos out there, and they let them go. But I get locked up. I'm a victim.'
John Lussier, the girl's father, said that it was 'a very sensitive matter'.
Ernest Solomon, Lussier's lawyer claimed his client was the victim of a 'pervert.'
He told ABC News: 'The intention the twin sister had was to report that someone, this pervert, was taking advantage of someone vulnerable and their goal was to get him.'
'This whole event has been devastating for my client and her family'
Solomon said Lussier was staying with relatives and had decided to get professional help.

How could she be so stupid the girl is 10 years old. Today I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from microsoft they wanted me to go to a website that sound off so I googled it and its a scam. Now if when I can spot a dodgy phone call when woken up why wouldn't a fully awake adult think someone wanting her to take a picture of her 10 year old nude was strange to say the least
