Mother daughter all food trip!

I am planning a trip for my mom and I. We want to go down in mid January a Thursday to a Monday morning and do some high end dinning and I want your input on my potential ADRs oh also no parks!!

Thursday: B- arrive L- raglan road D- citricos
Friday: B- Ohana L- ? D- jiko
Saturday: B- Trails end L- ? D- kumino at swan
Sunday: B- Captains grille L- wolf gang puck D- shulas
Monday- possible breakfast

We don't exactly have a budget so I would love any suggestions!
We will have a car and are undecided on what hotel
