motel/hotel near dtw for 1 night

I need some suggestions of a "cheap" as in bug free, just need bed and BR, place to sleep for one night prior to flying out from detroit to orlando.

I got a great fare for my friend but I'd like to give her some suggestions of places near by to sleep night prior since she has early flight and we are talking MI in DEC. (SNOW).

Hi my parents stay at the La Quinta (I think that is how it is spelled). It is about 2 miles from the airport and offers shuttle service. It has gotten good reviews and is clean with a friendly staff. Hope this helps.

ok thanks, shuttle service isn't a need since she has someone taking her to aiport but 15 min vs 3 hrs in snow saves my sanity that she will make it on plane
