We've stayed there twice. The rooms are clean and basic, and the staff is very nice. There's a gift shop that's open at random hours, a laundromat, and a pool. The elevator is very slow. There are no coffee pots or blowdryers in the rooms, but there are coffee machines in the lobby, and free coffee. Everything is well maintained, but it's not a new motel. The price is certainly good, though.
You can see the park from a lot of the rooms; we've stayed on the top floor both times and could watch the fireworks from them at night. It is possible to walk it- we did once when one of our group members was ill- but there is also the ART which runs about every 20 minutes.
We liked it and will likely stay there again.
