Any help would be appreciated :)

Going for 5 days at the end of the month. Have 5 days booked at Hojo but even with the AP discount it will be 1000.00. My DS loves playing at the water park and we always get a room facing that area. I don't even mind the bell ringing every 5 seconds...hehehe!!

BUT the $ is breaking the bank this trip and we are going back in July/Aug and HOPEFULLY getting a reservation for the new courtyard marriott (which I know will be expensive but we WANT to do it!!)

We will have a car and I don't mind parking at the toy story lot or taking ART (I actually prefer it)
Will it be too cold to swim/play in the water in 3 weeks anyway?
Internet HAS to be good!!!
Free parking and breakfast would be nice but not necessary.
I LOVE putting my feet in the hot tub any chance I get :)

So, Motel 6 is 88.00 a night...has anyone stayed there recently? I heard ART stops right there. I LOVE HOJO's beds and cleanliness. Is this location decent? Any feedback would be appreciated :)

DH and I stay EXCLUSIVELY at the Motel6 for the rates. The staff is always very friendly and helpful- rooms are clean and housekeeping does a great job. The first year or so after it went from the Red Roof Inn to Motel 6 were fairly rocky.....we used Best Western Park Place Inn/Mini Suites during that time. But for the last 2 years we've only stayed at motel 6. Nothing but GREAT experiences!

Thanks for your input, I LOVE getting first hand experiences. We too stayed at BWPPI for several years back when it was 100$ a night, then we finally tried HOJO and the kids went nuts. Now it too is getting up there and it's hard to justify staying there for EVERY trip. Do you know if they have a laundry facility?

So yes to laundry, but no to microwave.
They say heated pool...anyone know that to be true?

Motel 6 is just decent. I couldn't imagine staying there more than two nights though. They don't offer breakfast, and they charge for the internet (with lousy service to boot). However, it's a short walk to the park, which I enjoyed. By the time you drive to the TS lot, park and take the shuttle to DL, you can easily have walked there from this Motel.

I've stayed there twice now and would again. Its nothing fancy but for a place to sleep and shower its just fine for the price. I have just walked the times I stayed there and didn't have a problem. It took me 17 minutes to walk from the lobby to the gates at DL when I timed myself.

I've stayed there twice, most recently two weeks ago for 3 nights! There were 4 of us in the room and it was huge! We loved it. It was clean and quiet! The ART did stop right at the hotel! We used the pool one morning and it was heated, not hot, but definitely warm enough to be in there from about 9am-1030am! I would stay there again in a heart beat!!

I would stay in Charlie Sheen's guest suite in a heart beat.

We stayed there one night last week, before checking into DLH. It was a clean, big room. It served it's purpose well, but I don't know that I would stay there for more than one night.

If we need a place to crash for one night again In Anaheim, I'll definitely be at Motel 6. Can't the beat the price for the room size.
