What, in your opinions are the least known or most underrated rides or attractions at WDW.
I loved the ride in Mexico at Epcot. I think it is called River Of Time. It is not exactly hidden but I never found it until my 4th trip.
We were sad that Its A Small World was closed down but this was a pretty good substitution.

The American Adventure

I remember way back when Epcot first opened, the first two times in there I just walked right past The American Adventure then the third time I went in and when I got out I thought "how in the world did I miss that before?"

"American Adventure" is what I was going to say, too. Except I walked by it, not twice, but 18 trips/times before I smartened up and went in. Then I said "Wow! Why didn't I do this before?"
BTW, DS works in Lewissville. If you ever go in to Johnny Carino's there, tell him Mom, the Disney Nut, says "Hi".

TTA!! Everyone always asks what ride am I talking about when I mention my family's favorite ride!!! TTA is our first ride of our vacation and the last one before we leave. We just couldn't have a trip without it. You get such a great view of MK on it!!

I don't know its real title but it used to be called the"people mover", it is seldom crowded and we still like to relax on it, we have been doing so for nearly 30 years. :sunny:

I think you're thinking of Tomorrowland Transit Authority aka "TTA", Bill. (Wasn't it once referred to as People Mover?) That would be my suggestion for most overlooked ride as well. My mom gets a real kick out of it each time we go and treats it in the same regard as Buzz Lightyear and Pirates of the Caribbean. A breezy ride like TTA is pretty refreshing on a hot day.

Haha, I was so disappointed on our first trip right after Small World closed and was thrilled when we found El Rio Del Tiempo on the same trip! The Dia de los Muertos type scene is very reminiscent of Small World, I agree. ::yes::

The TTA is definitely under-rated! It was called the WEDway People Mover.
Last trip my kids (DS10 and DD8) chose this as the ride they wanted to go on first at MK! We about fell over!
They do something really funny on this ride. When the ride goes into the dark places they switch something that they are wearing on each other so that when we emerge back into the light, they look funny. Last time, my son had on my daughter's Minnie Mouse headband and my daughter had on my son's glasses and hat when we emerged into the light! :rotfl:

TTA, The bird show at AK & the Electric Water Parade.

Hi!

The TTA was originally the WEDway People Mover (WED stood for Walter Elias Disney); it's a relaxing and almost never-crowded way to get a great overview of Tomorrowland.

We love TTA!!! Especially when the boys are tired and its a warm day.

My favorite things that I try not to miss is the Lion King Show at AK. It is my son's favorite as well. WE always have to ride that and Buzz.

another vote for TTA. My husband feels this is a must do all the time now. I also love El Rio de Tiempo

Another vote for TTA! My family will ride it once to appease me, but I could ride it several times every day I'm at MK!

Add my vote for TTA! We ride this every time, and intend to take advantage of it again.

I love TTa also- I found a convenient place to nurse thae baby without making the rest of my family stop and wait for us!
Please don't turn this into a "nursing in public" discussion. The cars on TTA are very private.:)

I agree with all of the gems you all have already brought up - American Adventure, Rio de Tiempo, and the TTA. I would also add the Carousel of Progress. It's never crowded when we go on it so I assume most people skip this classic ride. I love it!

Flights of Wonder at the AK. We must have walked by it 6 or 7 times before we decided to go in too kill some time. Now its a must see for us. ::yes::

I love American Adv, TTA and El Rio de Tiempo in Mexico , but don't forget Astro Orbitor. :moped:

I'd have to say Carousel of Progress. I LOVE that attraction!

"It's a great big beautiful tomorrow..."
