Most Romantic Resort?

Ok people, what is, in your opinion, the most romantic resort at WDW? This includes value, mod, or deluxe resorts.

Wilderness Lodge... very cozy and romantic...

I think Grand Floridian resort . I like its exterior look and the courtyard

Although I've never stayed there, Grand Floridian is incredibly romantic to me--the exterior (and the interior) are gorgeous! My other two romantic favorites are the Polynesian and the Yacht/Beach Clubs.

I love the poly and the wilderness. I also love the Beach club because the boardwalk is right there and there is so much to do!

I have a place in my heart for The Beach Club because my reception was held there and I honeymooned there however I feel The Wilderness Lodge is very romantic!

I have always wanted to stay at GF because it just looks so charming and sophisticated, but on my last trip we went there for dinner and walked the grounds afterward. To me personally, it seemed a little too fancy. Just not my taste persay. When I think of romance I think of relaxation and privacy, and not having to worry about how you "appear". You want to be able to feel like you are the only ones in the world.

my vote is for Poly. Just walking the grounds there feels like you are in a different exotic world. It feels private, the pathways are amidst tropical trees, bushes, and flowers. They have a beautiful beach and a gorgeous lobby with waterfalls, and streams. It doesn't feel like "Disney" there as much as the other resorts do. IMHO.

BUUUUUUUTTTTT,

If you want somehting that your wallet likes better, then I would go for POFQ.

Beautiful grounds, with gaslight lit pathways. They also offer carriage rides and have a nice path along the Sassoulouga (sp?) river. It is quaint and adorable and gorgeous all at the same time.

ANNNNNDDDDD,

If you are looking for romance, i would stear clear of any value resort, as they are more preferred by families, with young kids, larger groups, and cheerleading squads, bands, or any organization that is at the world for an event.

For me I would have to say the Animal Kingdom Lodge is the most romantic, but that's just me! We tried booking the night before and night of our wedding at AKL but they were booked solid. We opted for WL instead, but that'll work out just great since that's where we're getting married.

WL is also a very romatic place, but if you want something different . . . I'd say AKL. It has the same feel, but I love the animals and the cultural vibe. That coming from a girl who minored in Anthropology!
