Lol. I have a funny story to tell you all. When I was little my mom used to make me use those, but I wouldnt so my mom would call them "Princess Seats" so I would jump and sit on them.. Me and my princess seats.

I agree that pulic bathrooms are disgusting, however I do have one question. What is the proper ettiquitte for diposal of said toilet seats?

When you don't punch the middle part all the way out, it leaves a flap that hangs down into the water a little bit. Then when you flush, the water pulls the seat cover down & flushes it down.

And to all of you who squat, please please PLEASE be sure to wipe the seat when you are done!! It peeves me to no end to go into a public restroom to find that the person before me hovered over the seat & had bad aim... these are the people who make the seats unsanitary in the first place!!
