Most Reliable Free Crowd Calendar

Crowd calendars are based on past history and really can't take other factors (weather, new rides/attractions) into account, the best one is probably the price of express passes on the day you want to go since Universal has actual real numbers (and bookings) to base it on. Higher price = busier day.

Never really liked the Undercover Tourist one, as it calculates the average crowd levels in all of Orlando and then assigns that number to every park. It doesn't seem to be park-based.

I prefer to do my own analysis based on the previous year's crowds/ride wait times for the period I go. I'm a data nerd and this site/page is fantastic that I always go to:

https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/wait_times.php?a=history

You'll need to create an account to use it, but once in you can pick the dates in the past and then pick which park to look at and it'll show you what the wait times were per attraction per hour in the day.

I've used Undercover Tourist and Unofficial Guidebooks has one too (touringplans.com) and I find them to be comparable. I think their methods are sound and that the information is always directional… I just look for green and yellow days and plan my trips/stops doing that first and avoiding red days or 'parks to avoid'.

I use Orlando Informer for Uni, and Touring Plans for Disney. If my TP subscription is active, I take that into consideration as well for Universal. I also sometimes look at easywdw because it is free. Usually if Disney is busy, Universal is busy. Except when it comes to park specific events and conventions.
