Most popular rides?

Going with my 7 year old daughter in mid-late August. What are the most popular rides in each park which we should reserve FP.? She is pretty adventurous.

MK- will certainly be the mine train at that point.
DS- Toy Story may be the busiest ride in ny of the parks.
Epcot- Soarin.
AK- I would say Safari (only because I am removing EE because of the age).

My son just turned 9 at the time of our trip. He is pretty adventurous too, and in for the thrill. I don't know how adventurous your daughter is, when I was 7-9 years old I'm not sure I would have braved some of these. Here are his favorite in each park, if it helps. But a slight difference in age.

MK- Big thunder Mt. rail road
Space MT. Was his favorite in MK. He rode it over & over...

Epcot- Soarin and Mission Space

DHS- Rock "N" roller coaster and Tower of Terror
He went back & forth between these 2 all night long. He didn't want to leave this area! These were his favorite of all the rides.

AK- Expedition Everest
We didn't get to Dinosaur
