Most % off of Disney Gift Cards?

Okay, I need some help from you experts but my situation is complicated because I am Canadian but I have family in the US. So basically after reading through your posts, I am trying to figure out the best way to get Disney GC's for my Dec. trip while maximizing the savings. If I purchase target GC's through raise.com, & the gc is emailed to me, can I then email my cousin the gc # to purchase Disney gc's from target for 5% off?

You can do this but your cousin would need to have a Target Redcard to get the 5% off through Target's website. Not sure how you would get them though. Target ships free with the Redcard but not sure if they would ship the giftcards to you in Canada or if your cousin would need to mail them. That would cut into your savings.

I am able to see my cousin regularly in the summer, just wanted to make sure I got the process right.

Would that be the best way for me to get the full advantage of pre buying gift cards. Things like gas, won't make much of a difference but at least if I can save an extra % it helps!

Yes, you have the process correct

I occasionally buy my gift cards at the grocery store to get the fuel rewards but honestly, I just don't use that much gas. I am a SAHM and we live close to most of the things we do regularly and my dh only works a few mins from home. So neither one of us needs to fill up often. Buying the Target gift cards at a discount and then buying Disney gift cards through Target's website and getting the Redcard 5% seems to be the best discount I know of.
