Most Magical Moment???

One of our favorite moments was on our first family trip. Our son was 15 months old and would have nothing to do with the characters. We were waiting in line for the older kids to see sorcerer mickey. Elisha got loose and ran up to mickey. Mickey bent down to him and Elisha kissed Mickey on the nose. There was a collective "aghhhhhh" from the crowd.

We totally missed the shot with the camera but it is a memory firmly engraved in our memories.

Hands down, our most magical moment was last January. My daughter and I were on the first day of our first mother/daughter Disney trip. We were at DHS and she was in the special yellow Belle gown I had made for that trip. She had already been chosen "Princess of the Day" at the Beauty & the Beast show. We were thrilled with that, and headed out to the hat for pictures after the show. We were approached by a CM who asked about the Belle gown. We chatted for a bit, then she asked how many were in our party, and did we want to be Grand Marshalls in the parade. (They were still doing Stars & Cars then.) What a memory! She followed our car on the parade route taking pictures for us. When we finished the parade route, the green army men helped us out of our car, and we got to watch the rest of the parade come in behind us. What a day!

Hmmm... so many to chose from.

This trip (Feb 2009) I would have to say that having a CM come up to DD4 and ask her if she wanted to meet somone special and getting to go to a CM only area to meet Cinderella with no line. DD's face was priceless!

Seeing DD4's face when riding on the front of the monorail and when tinkerbell flies during wishes, and especially watching wishes from the beach at the Polynesian are also some of my favs!

Oh, and one of my very favourite moments was when another family had just come off a ride and the little girl burst into tears because she had left her stickers on the ride. I had a stash on board our stroller that we had collected from kind CMs, so I gave her what he had. That was awesome. The look on her face, and her grandparents! I hope I made their trip a little better, I so know how a little thing like lost stickers can be devastating for a 4 year old.
