We went for just one (long) day, so had to make the most of it! Went on 1/1/16, so I figured morning could get a lot done. Unfortunately no EMH that day, I thought we would also have that when I booked, but I guess they don't ever have it on 1/1? So we had our day from 8am - 12am.

We got to security check before 7:30 then lined up with the hoards of people for DLR. Was let in and waited at Tomorrowland rope to get in. As soon as rope drop, my son ran to get Star Tours fp and then we all went to Hyperspace first. Thus the madness began and utilizing fp and single rider for both parks as often as possible. In those 16 hours (actually 16.5) we did (not in order) Hyperspace 5x, Star Tours 5x, Matterhorn, Toy Story, RSR, Aladdin show, Monsters Inc, CA Screaming, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, BTMRR 3x, waited and saw Paint the Night, waited for fireworks but then they were cancelled (ugh!) so just saw quick projection show on Small World, Buzz, Indy, Path of the Jedi, Launch Bay (went back 2x to finish it - and pics with Darth and Chewy), and my son collected all 60th smashed pennies available in both parks. Was early for shows/parade so all great seats. We were on Star Tours right at midnight so when we were out of the parks it was like 12:30am. Btw, some we were about to get on a 2nd time but they broke or else could've done more! On Matterhorn we were in line again for single rider, Indy we got off then couldn't get back on again, and BTMRR we were sitting on the train when they booted everyone off.

Obviously for us Hyperspace & Star Tours were most important for us- to go on many times, lol! Did you beat the amount that we did in one super long day? Tell!

We actually crossed over parks many times. My fitbit said I went over 15 miles. My calves were hurting, cuz I would be running around to get fp. We also stopped to eat Ghirardelli and dinner at Pizza Port and some (Star Wars) shopping. Awesome day and a great workout!

Awesome day indeed. I could not give an accurate count, but I think we probably beat the amount of rides you did back in 2010, the week after Thanksgiving. Rained all day, very low crowds, mid week, everything that was open was a walk on (Matterhorn was closed all day, CA was not quite what it is now back then). My DD at that time had a fixation on the Indiana Jones ride, we did it 14 times in a row in a 60 minute span (my Wife did it two times in a row, my Son, maybe 5 before he tired). The CMs were letting the few of us there skip back into line right passed the projection screen.

Back in September, 2011 my husband and I had a childless trip. According to my trip report we did about 30 attractions each day of a two day trip. The first day was 14 hours and the day that Halloween officially started. The second day was about 12 hours. That was probably the trip where we rode the most rides in a single day. We usually have small children along and take a nap/break, but we still ride a good 12-20 rides most days we’ve visited, obviously more rides on days we skip shows and/or stay longer. I think we do a good job of getting on plenty of rides while still just enjoying the park and taking things at a kid’s pace.
