My vote goes to Frollo. Something about him, he's a little bit Hitler, a little bit Sadaam and a whole bunch of nasty mean! Just picturing that face makes me shudder! Very, very bad man.

Definitely SCAR!!! Not only did he kill his own brother and plot to have his nephew killed, but he did it right in front of us. Most Disney villians do their killing off screen or in the shadows or just plain fail at their attempts to kill.

IMHO, Scar...Not only did he kill his brother, and try to kill his nephew, but before he did, he framed his nephew (and made him believe too) thet Simba killed his own dad...That is more evil than cute puppies, or even whole anonomous villiages.

I might be tempted to change my vote to Michael Ei$ner though...I do agree with you Town Crier that he is doing his best to kill off the future if all things Disney.....

Maleficent...she's not only one of my favorite villains, but I think she's the most evil as well. Well her and Chernabog from "Night on Bald Mountain" (Fantasia). The first time I saw Fantasia, Chernabog gave me nightmares for a week!

I voted for the evil queen from Snow White, because she orders the huntsman to cut out Snow White's heart and bring it back in a box.
Although, upon further review, I am not sure that is part of the Disney version....
