Most embarrassing moments

I tend to block out embarrassing stuff too.
Like how my mom would INSIST that we ch ange in the car at the beach.

Or how once, she bought this outfit (from lawd knows where!!!) which was a tanktop sewed to a pair of hoochie shorts with a skirt thing around the waist and a HUGE round hole in the middle. She wanted me to wear it, insisting it was 'cute'. NO WAY IN HECK!

So, last year my DS was getting ready for Baseball Season. It was the first year of machine pitch. So, the Coach calls and is going over everything that they need etc, when he mentions that he will need to have a cup. I thought that odd but didn't say anything. So, later that night I am telling my DH what all DS needs and tells him about the cup and then I said " Well, couldn't he just bring a water bottle or something - why does he need a cup". My DH almost died laughing and then told me 'wrong kind of cup'. Well, how was I to know he is my oldest and I never went through this before. So, of course he had to tell everyone and know everyone refers to the cup as the drinking cup....

Too FUNNY!

My co-worker just told me this one this week - his youngest son is 6 - oldest is 18 - youngest walks out of oldest's bedroom with his "cup" on his face like a Jason Mask! Of course, he had no clue what it was - but he was definitely using it for his halloween costume!
