Ok, this is where I make a long list of confessions then hide for the next decade. :o

Color Me Badd
Tommy Page
Michael Damian
New Kids on the Block (5 times)
Nelson
Slaughter
Ugly Kid Joe
Ozzy
Sir Mix A Lot
LL Cool J
4 Non Blondes

I'm sure there's more, I'm just blocking out the rest :earseek:

Dont feel bad I had a Tommy Page song sung at my wedding!

Opps I spelled it wrong!!

Kriss Kross.....

Bet I was the only to see them!!!

OKay Richard Marx as well, but never thought to be embarrassed by that. I love him..

Numerous Heuy Lewis and the News shows as well, again don't feel embarrassed about it though!!!!

I just love all kinds of music! I can't think of a single concert
I'm embarrased to say I attended. Some of those you guys
have listed, I covet your attendance. Like Elvis, gawd what a
coup to have seen Elvis at any time! I'm a rocker but I even
loved seeing Liberace; he was really talented and funny.

front row for NSYNC and i went to the Blue's Clues thing because of my little brother. i've also been to like 8 bruce springsteen concerts. that's not embarrassing except for the drunk people who were singing and acting out the songs in the isle next to where i was sitting. the people in the row in front of me kept turning around and laughing at them with me. it was hilarious though.

oh let's see The Village People in the late 70's, The Bay City Rollers when they tried to come back in the mid-90's and also..eeek Neil Sedaka in Reno. What was I thinking???

Definitely New Kids on the Block-but I only went once, and I did it as a Christmas gift for my 12 y.o. sister. (hey-she couldn't go alone...)

Sign me up on the Jack Wagner bandwagon.

Also, Hall and Oates...private eyes, they're watching you! LOL.

I'm a child of the 80s, so I had some bad ones. But the one I REALLY remember was when I was in college and took my two little sisters to see POISON! They had on more hair spray than I did!!! But they opened for Bon Jovi and I thought Jon Bon Jovi was close to being a deity at that time, so it was worth it.

Also saw Loverboy, Rick Springfield (with my DAD--HOW EMBARRASSING!!!), Hall and Oats (Dad again), Huey Lewis, and Richard Marx. There's more, but I too HAVE to be blocking!!!

Am I the only one admitting to Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch? I've never been a big concert person. The only other concerts I've been to are George Strait and Nine Inch Nails and I have tickets to go see Tim McGraw later this month.

Crissy::MinnieMo

While I never really listened to Marky Mark he sure did grow up to be a hottie

Flock of Seagulls, Adam Ant, Laura Branigan

Remember Tower of Power? (huge horn section) Must have been popular back in the '70's..... well in the 80's DH & I saw them in Lake Tahoe- ooooeeee - really bad! (of course, since we saw them in a lounge there - it should have tipped us off!)

I fear in 20 years you will be saying "I went to a Clay Aiken concert". ;) ;) ;)

I am soooo jealous of all of you who saw Jack Wagner - I LOVED HIM

Mine has to be MC Hammer

i'm reading alot thinking to myself 'cool'.....but I think I win this contest hands down.

Just last week we saw........The Village People!!!!

I went with a couple friends and we thought it would be so fun. We pictured everyone dressing up and just being goofy so we all got different hats (I was the sailor). Imagine my surprise when not only were we the only people dressed up, but I swear we were the only people not over 50. No one danced! No one sang along! Then to make matters worse, the lead singer noticed us in our hats (me in particular - because they were singing 'In the Navy'). He kept pointing to us and everyone was staring. But we still had fun - someone bought us free drinks and we got autographs from all the guys. We alone laughed and acted completely silly.

Color Me Badd with The Party (of DIsney fame) opening for them.

It was embarrassing but hard to believe bu i have been to see Kenny rodgers in concert.

One i am embrassed about and felt like an intruder at was the Bryan Adams concert I went to not that long ago. My husband likes bryan adams and has been to all his New Zealand concerts and bought tickets for us to go to this one, i didn't know my husband when he first went to byran adams and he had to drag me along. I like Bryan adams songs but it was a concert and i wasn't really getting into it as you do at concerts when you dig the music

When I was a kid I went with my mother to see Englebert Humperdink. The audience was full of older ladies and the hormones were raging there too. I was SO embarassed but now in retrospect, he sang alright and looked pretty good too. But that crowd!!! :o

Some of these performers already mentioned are great IMO. I used to love Huey Lewis and Hall & Oates. Not to mention Elvis! And I'd sit through a lot worse than Poison to see Bon Jovi.
