Well, that explains why I had such a hard time finding an affordable April UY contract on resale. It's not the lowest overall, but it's close. It actually is the lowest at our home resort. Then looking at VGF, it's the second highest, which is why we were able to find points there, I guess.

In the beginning Disney tried to split the UYs evenly( see OKW), which I guess makes sense when there is only one resort.

Now, I guess they have a different method, and also buyers are more aware of it's importance, and also probably want specific ones to match an existing contract

I had the same issue (and question) when I was buying an Apr UY resale contract 2 years ago!

Its nice to know that a lot of people want an April use year. I have one that I might be unloading because it doesn't fit into what we need.
