Hi all,

My ADR date is this week so I'm trying to do a rough outline of which park we will be in each day to book a few restaurants. I've looked on TGM for his busy days guide and compared them with the TP site and also Brits Guide, and they all have conflicting info!

Does anyone have any idea which may be the most accurate, or do I use a complicated mixture of both??

:confused3

I use TP (paid version), easywdw, the DIBB's florida park hours, and Undercover Tourist crowd calendar, as well as Dad's guide to WDW

but you also need to consider that the "parks to avoid" are not necessarily to be avoided.

Those guides are designed for the general public. The general public does not get up early, and does not stay at Disney hotels.
So the morning EMH park is (almost) always a park to avoid, when it's in fact a best park for the onsite guest who is willing to make EMH rope drop and do the hopping by lunch time. (That's an example to show that crowd calendars cannot be blindly followed, depending on your own situation)

In the end, it's a mixture of all sites, common sense and experience.
You also get the "feel" of the resort once you're there, and sometimes, even with the best of plans, last minute changes make the difference.

Thanks guys, I have a trip to DLP in March so haven't really thought much about planning WDW yet. I panicked a little when TGM's email came in today warning me of my ADR slot. We're there last week Aug/first week Sept so maybe planning so far ahead isn't so important.

We were there just a couple of week later last year and believe me if you want to eat in specific restaurants at specific times i.e lunchtime or dinner time then you definitely need to make those ADRs. Just because it's not UK school holiday time please don't assume the parks or the restaurants will be empty.

As I get it from reports of french guests whose ADR slots have just opened, getting restaurants like BOG is a nightmare. And the window is now for around the 24th of August which is supposed to be rather calm, as the US kids go back to school around the 15th

If you want hard to get restaurants (BOG, CRT for example) definitely do it as soon as you can.

I use easy WDW I saw a poll on another thread on the dis and the easy WDW choice had 100s of people vote for him.

I would def book all your meals if you change your mind you can always cancel them and move them around through out the 180 days. X
