Quick questions... tomorrow MK opens at 8 am with a extra magic hour starting at 7. Will the boats be running that early? And if so, what time do they start?

Yes. These signs are down on the Fort boat pier. The direct boat to MK lines up on the left side where this sign is:



On the right side of the pier, the smaller boats that circle Ft-WL-CR mainly for a breakfast choice (but can be used to get to MK if you walk from CR) run on this schedule):



So I would expect the big direct boat at 630am on the Fort pier if I were you.
