morning extra magic hour

hi all. i have a quick question about the morning extra magic hour for epcot. does it apply to the world showcase too? like for instance, if future world regularly opens at 9:00am & the world showcase opens at 11:00am, does that mean that the morning extra magic hour applys to both? like future world entry would be at 8:00am & world showcase would be at 10:00a?! i ask this cause the segway tour is supposed to take place in the world showcase before it opens to the general public. it lasts 2 hours. our tour starts at 9:30am on the epcot morning extra magic hour. i think it would be pretty interesting to have a group of newbie segway riders attempting to manuver around people. anybody know what they do about this? thanks!

Only the front of Epcot is open (Future World) early. World Shocase still opens at regular time 11 AM.

But you will still have people around the showcase area that are entering through World Showcase entrance back by UK and France.

The tour is a follow the leader type tour and the guide will lead the way.
