Is the general best practice to run around and do as many headliners as possible during that time? Or pick a land to start in and slowly make your way around and just going on rides in close proximity to minimize walking? I guess I am not a fan of criss crossing to ride headliners so I am leaning toward the latter.

We have 3 MK days. I thought one of them, we would start in Fantasyland with 7DMT , the 2nd day, we start in Frontierland for BTMRR and Splash, and the 3rd day, we start in tomorrowland to get Space. Obviously those are just starting points, but no criss cross to the other side of the park. Does that make sense? What is your EMH strategy?

MK morning EMH is only Fantasyland and Tomorrowland attractions.

I normally get 7DMT and Peter Pan out of the way. After that, I'll wait by the rope near Haunted Mansion to try and be one of the first in line for BTMRR. Then I will go to Splash when it has a short line. I will then start making my way across the park by going to Adventureland. My FP choices on a morning EMH day at MK is usually Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, and Jungle Cruise/Pirates.

Morning Extra magic hour is limited to Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. Can do splash or BTMRR at rope drop but pretty easy to get a lot done in FL or TL during that first hour.

Totally forgot about Frontierland not being open!
Guess I need to change my strategy for that day...thank you both.

EMH I'd get Fantasyland done. Regular RD on the other hand we quickly get the headliners (and miles) in and then go back and do our other favorites.
