The buses start running as early as 6:30, may be earlier in some cases. There are a lot of character breakfasts and tours that people need to get to, so the buses run early. They don't seem to run as often when they are running that early though. Perhaps one of our resident drivers here could elaborate??
So, if you wanted to be at MK for a 7:30 ADR at Crystal Palace, you should be out at the bus stop by 6:45ish, perhaps a bit earlier.
As for schedules, there are no set schedules. You will find the buses run on a very fluid, dynamic system. If they find there is a greater need to have more buses running from say, POP, to MK, then they will come more frequenly than every 25 mins. Usually though, they seem to be on an every 20 mins schedule.
