apparently they are not currently accepting the dining plan. It appears as though they expect to do so in the future (or they may have started accepting it since the last review; the Disney website says no dining plans but it's not always right) and it will be 2 credits.

We just ate there on Friday, January 1st and used the dining plan. It was one credit at lunch unless you ordered the signature duck entree. We were told it is 2 credits at dinner.
