I missed my 180 day calling so I wasn't able to get some of my first choices for Thanksgiving week.
I tried back today and found out that a lot of the restaurants (Chef Mickey's for one) will offer lunch and others have extended hours for that week (as they have done in the past). Also, there was a lot more openings for Thanksgiving Day then previously available (you can ask the Dining Cast Member to list all restaurants with availability for Thanksgiving Day and they can bring up the entire list on the system.)
So to anyone that missed out - try again! Good Luck!
