More than once per trip?

Is anyone else like us and visit the same restaurant more than once per trip because you love it so much?

I noticed we tend to always eat at Yak n’ Yeti more than once, and also Grand Floridian Cafe, and we also recently ate at Hollywood and Vine twice. (Only because I like the new menu so much better than the buffet before)

I think we have also done Raglan Road twice on a trip, once for brunch and once for dinner.

And I shouldn’t lie, we also went to Gideon’s to pick up cookies and cake THREE times.

We take long trips so this wasn’t all done in a week, but just curious what your dining habits are!

Satuli and Ogas. I could go there every day. Today I told my daughter that we are going to WDW next week. She asked how is it different. I said, No parades, fireworks, character interactions, etc. She asked, what are you going to do. EAT! SHOP! and some rides.

We hit up Whispering Canyon twice on our Thanksgiving trip -
once for never-ending Breakfast skillets and once for Thanksgiving dinner - also never ending - equally amazing.

Also - I can't believe I'm admitting this - I got the frozen blue milk two times.... in one day - while my husband and son were off building droids and light sabers. I am kind of obsessed with it. Same with the Ronto Roasters for a ronto wrap (lunch version) - hit that two times as well.

We always go for at least 8 days to Disney World. Before covid-19, we would go to Cali Grill brunch twice and one dinner for fireworks. I can't think of any other restaurants that we have done double bookings within a vacation.

I love staying at AKL because we can eat at Boma for breakfast multiple times. I'm hoping it will be open the next time we stay there!

We love the SciFi Dine In and have done it twice on a few trips. Other than that there are too many places to eat that we like to hit as well as making room for new places.

You do Disney however you like. If you have favorites go for it. Although if you go to the same one every day then I might be judge

One trip we went to Biergarten twice because we loved it so much!!

We always love Via Napoli and I could see myself going twice.

There are only two things I repeat on a single trip:

1. Dole whip every time I go to MK (or daily if I am at the Poly)
2. Breakfast at the hotel counter service because we like to eat early before heading to the parks, and even then we usually throw in some TS breakfasts at our resort or nearby resorts to mix it up

That's not to say I don't really enjoy some Disney restaurants, but there are so many places I like that I want to get a variety, and there is usually something new to try since they are always opening new restaurants.

Same, also Trader Sam's multiple times a trip when it's open. We also did the Hangar Bar twice last trip, since we went to DS a lot more because the parks closed so early.

We have often do the restaurants in the resorts we stay in more than once.

We will be staying at Gran Destino so I'm sure we will be hitting Three Bridges more than once!

I’ve done via Napoli twice in one trip. It was a ten day family trip.

DD and I did HBD lounge twice last trip. Also a ten day trip. It was easy enough to walk right up when they opened. She loves DHS and we spent plenty of half days there or we just dropped in for a few hours. Staying at BWV made that easy and ToT and CoH are her favorite things at Disney so if made sense to go there a lot.

We try to try new places every trip. There are places we will eat at every trip but we don't eat at them twice in one trip. We seem to always find ourselves at HBD lounge once every trip, Nomad Lounge once every trip and Spice Road Tables outside once every trip.

Its certainly OK to do that. Before moving to central FL we had a "rule" that we would only eat in a particular restaurant once per trip. That forced us to try other restaurants and we found several that we really liked. So, I guess I'd say that while you can do it, you should be sure to leave yourself enough other meals to try new places.

We visit the same restaurants that we like as often as we can during our trips. With that said we always make sure to try something outside of our "comfort zone" which usually leads us to Animal Kingdom, Kidani or Jambo. Long live Beef Bobotie!

Our vacations are usually 5N and the only place we'll revisit in a same vacation is usually the Raglan Road in the evening because we enjoy the evening entertainment. When the ESPN is open, we often go there for lunch repeatedly.

Yes, we definitely try new places each trip. We just did Wine Bar George. Loved it!! Considered going back during the trip, but never made it over to DS again.
