More snow. Oh Nooooooo!!!!

It hasn't started yet...the poor OP (well, not so poor actually, as she is currently in the air!) But she moved her air travel up to a 6:30 flight (I've been on that one several times) to avoid the storm that was supposed to start right at dawn. As it always seems to be, they changed the forecast last night stating that the storm wouldn't really start till about mid day. So she could have kept her original flights (at a more comfortable hour) and still been fine.

But better safe than sorry!

As I said in my earlier post, my DH works around the corner from the airport, and he says nothing yet...just some drizzle (rain, not even snow yet) and it is 8:30 am.

BUT it is is supposed to get UGLY by lunch time.

If you are getting the storm we just had for the last 2 days, fasten your seat belts! Most of our metro missed it, but we had quite a bit, and the worst was the blowing and drifting. It's a cool 24 degrees this morning, but the sun is out and they have promised spring like 50's by the weekend!

Thanks for the words of encouagement, Diane, but the week-end is shot for us as well....we have a second storm coming in on Sunday. No rest for the weary here in New England this April!
