I tried to do a search for Character Breakfasts so I could sort through all the info that has been posted, but the search function is not working right now.

We have never done a Character Meal, nor have I read up much about them. I have a few questions...

How much interaction IS there between the characters and the kids? Does it very depending on where you eat?

Are photographs permitted? (of kids/families with the characters)

Is there anyone that has NOT enjoyed it, or thought it was NOT worth the expense?

Approximately how much would 2 adults and 3 kids expect to spend at a breakfast?

Where can I get a 'list' of the breakfasts and which characters are at each one?

Thanks!!!!
Pam

Try www.wdwig.com The dining section lists menu's and prices for all of the restaurants. There is even a character meal section where it lists the character meals, along with prices and menu's.

Hope that helps. :D

If you like tons of advice, try posting here the ages of your children and whether they are boys or girls. Ask for opinions on what breakfasts children that age have enjoyed. You'll get a great deal of helpful information!!!

Yes, alot depends on where you eat. We have had good luck at 1900 Park Faire for breakfast, as well as Hollywood and Vine. We usually do the lunch there, but the characters are the same.

Most definitely, and encouraged! Snap away!!!

To me it is definitely worth the expense. DD likes to dress up for these things, and has worn her Jasmine costume at the Storybook Princess Breakfast and her Belle costume to 1900 Park Faire. As adults, we love them, too!

The adult meals are $19.99 for breakfast, and the kids are $9.99. There is a 6% Florida sales tax, and then your tip. 15-20% is usually customary.

Here you go:
in Magic Kingdom:
Crystal Palace-- buffet, Winnie the Pooh and Friends
Cinderella's Royal Table: pre plated meal, Cinderella and friends

Epcot:
Storybook Princess Breakfast-- family style, characters can include: Mary Poppins, Belle, Jasmine, Snow White, Aurora, Alice in Wonderland, Mulan and Pocohontas

MGM: Hollywood and Vine: buffet, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Chip and Dale

AK:
Breakfastosaurus: Buffet, Donald Duck and friends

Resorts:
Cape May Cafe at Beach Club: buffet with Goofy, Chip and Dale, and Minnie
Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary: buffet with Mickey, Minnie, Chip and Dale and Pluto
1900 Park Faire at the Grand Floridian: buffet with Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Pooh and friends, Mad Hatter, Bert, etc.
'Ohana- family style with Mickey, Goofy, Chip and Dale

At the Coral Cafe at the Dolphin there is a Sunday character breakfast which is served ala carte and includes Pluto Goofy, Chip and Dale

We rarely do the character breakfasts, as that is our favorite time to take advantage of the lower crowds in the parks, so we have done more character lunches and dinners. We have never been disappointed... and the kids LOVE it!

Anybody know if Lilo and Stitch appear at any character meals? I would think at the Polynesian, but it doesn't list them. If no character meals, where can we find them in the parks? Thanks!
