How much should I budget for:

Dress steaming
makeup & hair (who should I use?)
Officiant? (250ish?)

My dress steaming was $80, but it depends on the fabric and style of your dress. I think there's a form on Carolyn Allen's website that helps you estimate the cost of steaming.

I used Patricia Lejeune for cosmetology. She charges $60 for makeup and $60 for hair, plus a $50 travel fee. However, she doesn't charge a separate fee to come out early in the morning, and she waives the travel fee for the hair and makeup trial, which costs $100.

We didn't have to pay our officiant so I can't help ya there, but $250 sounds about right. And if you pay them, you aren't obligated to tip them.
