Hello! I’m strongly debating on two trips.
First is in June split between YC and Bonnet creek. During our Bonnet Creek stay I don’t think we will be doing parks. This one is best for resorts but still short hours and hot with masks. Plus I won’t go if I’m not vaccinated- hoping to be by the

The other option in place of above is
Dec18-23 only staying at Hilton Bonnet Creek and we would do parks.

normally when we do parks we only stay onsite.
how is it for people who go to parks in the am leave at lunch and go back to parks at dinner. Is it a real pain to do this with transportation?

we will have a car but will not want to drive to parks.
Last time at Xmas we went stayed at pop- but that is higher in price even with fees then HBC and this resort is so much nicer with the pool. We do like our mid day relaxing. My hope is hours will be longer by then.

Anyone stay here multiple days and go to multiple parks and would you do it again? We are fine with using Lyft, just worried not being in bubble

Our 2 boys are middle school and high school.

We stayed here for a long weekend right before the Covid shut down. We only used the bus transportation once- we went to Epcot but the bus stopped at MK before. It took awhile, so we just started taking Lyft/Uber. We didn't do midday breaks at the hotel- we just found somewhere in the parks or DS to eat a sit down lunch and used that as our break. However, we were all adults and didn't use the pool at all. It looked nice, but it was too cold and we aren't really pool people. We liked it, but haven't been back since. We've been getting great rates at the Swan/Dolphin so have been there instead!

We normally aren't car people, but we had one for our December trip and it was really nice to drive to the parks. We didn't think it added that much additional time and we had free parking with our APs. It was nice to have a place that we knew was clean. We could drink coffee on our way to the park in the morning & just use it as storage for coats and whatnot.
