Regarding my last thread about them not honouring a voucher I still have not heard from them and my deposit is due tomorrow:scared1: I really don't know what to do:confused3 I spent £9.48 on phonecalls last month have faxed written and even had a personal e-mail of someone and still no response. They said I can have the deposit back which is why I am posting this.We have the flights booked seperatley with VA so that is fine.I have looked on expedia as they have come out the best for POR but I cannot add on the dining option.Do they not do it and if you have the magic your way tickets can you add the dining on at the hotel when we get there.Or can I just book the hotel and buy tickets and dining when I get there.SO ANGRY with VH and don't want to have to pay my balence tomorrow and then them turn around and say they are not giving me the discount of the voucher. This has been going on for 2 months now and all I want is a simple answer. If I hadn't of booked so many ADR'S I would not bother with the dining plan but my DH still wants to go to them.
Thanks guys-my head is banging:sad2:

I am sure you cannot buy DDP once you are out there it has to be done before you go through the same TA you booked the package with. Have you rung the FVC and see if they can assist? If not I would personally have the deposit back and book with someone else for the rooms, tickets and DDP.

How frustrating. I am sorry to hear you have not sorted it out yet. What a a dilemma. :headache:

As Claire said I dont think you can book it out there.

Good luck. :thumbsup2

In order to get the dining plan, you need to have booked a package (hotel, tickets and dining). You can add tickets once you've checked in but not add dining. I would suggest you cancel with Virgin, if they've said they will refund your deposit, and either book with Disney direct (not sure whether you can book the entire package with expedia - maybe expedia.com not expedia.co.uk) or Dreams Unlimited. We have had good experiences with both :thumbsup2

Good luck - hope you get it sorted.

Thanks guys but after another lengthy call today I managed to speak to someone in complaints direct and within an hour they called me back and said they would honour the voucher AND give me £20 towards the phonecalls I had made AND either free seaword or universal daypass!!!! What a difference when you actually speak to someone direct. They apologised profusley and hoped it wouldn't stop me booking again:scared:
After all the frustration and constant baggering it finally paid off.As for booking again well:eek: we will see:thumbsup2 .I can finally relax and know all is well and paid for.:woohoo: :rotfl: :lmao:

Good to hear you got it all sorted but it did take some time and glad that VH acknowledged that :)

Claire ;)

I'm glad that you have it sorted out now :thumbsup2 , it's a shame it's taken so long. :)

Pleased to hear that it's all worked out for you. :thumbsup2
