I am happy to say as of today we are also owners at Saratoga Springs Resort!
Our Guide contacted us while in Disney last week, to share an awesome sale that they are having at Saratoga... and get last years (09) points at sign on...
So we now call two resorts our HOME!!!!

Congrats! We're SSR owners as well and really like it for various reasons, but most especially staying at the THV's.

While there last weekend, I added on more points at VGC, and yes, my guide also tried to tempt me with a reduced price at SSR. She quote me $90 pp, down from $112. However she told me that it was a straight reduction, not a special offer - basically that Disney has lowered their direct buy-in price on SSR only. But she could have just been trying to get a sale, can't say for certain.

OKW has also been lowered to $90/pp.

Congratulations and as most, are curious as to how much SSR was being offered for. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm guessing you're not aware of resale if you bought SSR from Disney.

SSR was lowered to $90pp, and yes we were looking into the resale, but for the amount of points we wanted and to get the same use year it was more $$..
Just happy to have more points!
