More planning help, please!!!

So, I may have gone a little overboard on gift cards... the plan is to pay for the majority of our meals using them!!! Here is a list of the places that we plan on eating in the park on our trip... could you please tell me which ones on the list below do and do not accept gift cards?!? I would really appreciate it!!!

DCA-
Corndog Castle
Boardwalk Pizza
Paradise Pier Ice Cream

DL-
Red Rockett Pizza Port
Pretzel, Popcorn & Churro Carts
Harbour Galley
Hungry Bear
Tiki Juice Bar

As far as I know, most every location within DL and DCA accept Disney Gift Cards. There are few standard exceptions (e.g., balloon sellers, pressed penny machines), but most venues accept Gift Cards. I ran across one cart vendor that did not accept gift cards, but it was on a day when it had been pouring, so it was too wet to set-up the electronics for the vendor (they could take cash). Other than that popcorn, pretzels, and churros normally accept gift cards.

Curious if you're staying on property or not. If by chance you are, you can also always charge your in-park meals to your room and pay down your account with gift cards at the front desk once a day.
