more photo questions

OK,
So, if we buy a picture "package" do we have to check the pics everyday or do they keep them all and let us select at the end?

you will get a card (by the way, it is non-replaceable if you lost or misplaced it). they'll punch card each time you buy a photo.

It is easier if you look every day since they just put the photos up by grouping and not by family. It is easy to lose or miss some of them if you wait too long.

We were on the Disney Wonder (Nov 28 - Dec 2) and I lost my photo package card on the 2nd day. I went to Shutters and spoke to the manager and he replaced my card right away. No hassles. However, while getting my photos on the last night I overheard a gentleman yelling at the staff at Shutters about the photo card and that no one told him he had to keep it and he didn't know where it was. He seemed to have more of a hassle to replace his card than I did but I guess it is all about how you approached the situation. I know in the future I will be keeping my card in a safe place like I did with my replacement.

We took our photos back to the stateroom and at the end of the cruise decided which 10 we wanted.

No you don't need to go every day and select your photos..but like others have mentioned they do add/stack up fast. Those ship photographers are busy taking lots of photos. When they develop the film they put all the like photos together...and through out the cruise the keep the "like groups" together....which makes it a little easer to find what your looking for. For the most part if your looking for..say a photo of you and donald duck that you know you had done on deck 9....you'd go that "group" of photos and look....more than likely you'd find it there with the others and not with the group of "embarktion" photos....of course thats not to say someone couldn't move your photos into another group making it a little harder to find. But like I was saying as the cruise goes along...more and more "group" of photos come out. Even on our last day they had a huge amount (still grouped together and labled)...embarktion...or Character breakfast...and so on.
