If I buy my daughter and granddaughter park tickets on will call, can they pick them up at the parks without me being there?

Also, can they add those tickets to their room keys if they aren't at the hotel?

Different line of question. Can vouchers be converted to tickets at the resort concierge?

You seem to be asking about several kinds of tickets.

For annual passes, both will call and vouchers, you will need to have proof that your daughter resides with you (I assume she is an adult, since you have a grandchild). It really goes smoother if you go with them to get the APs.

For regular Magic Your Way tickets, yes, they can pick them up without you, but they should have a copy of the will call number and an ID. Disney does not issue vouchers for MYW tickets, only APs.

APs can not be added to a room key, they always remain separate.

MYW tickets can be added to the room keys, but they should bring the unused ticket and room keys to the hotel concerge to do so.

I don't know if the concierge handles the will-calls for MYW tickets...but the resorts do not deal with APs at all, you have to go to a park or guests services at DtD for APs.

I'm buying them MYW tickets as they do not live with us. I was thinking that I might be able to purchase tickets on will call and that my daughter could pick them up at a park and add it on to their KTTW cards there. Probably not, though.

I purchased tickets for someone with Undercover Tourist - had a little discount if you subscribe to mousesavers.com newsletter and went through the link in the newsletter. Them came priority mail - quick service.

can you add the tickets you purchased from undercover tourist to you kttk??

Yes, just present your unused undercover tourist ticket, and your room key, to the concierge desk in your resort lobby. Once a ticket is used, they can not transfer it.
