More Good News

Hello all! Sorry it has been so long since I visited. We have been very busy here. We are in the process of moving into our new house. I am having to borrow my mother-in-laws computer right now because internet hook up is going to take a while at the new house because it is in the country. My doctors appointment for the first ultrasound is gonna be 10-5-06. Keep praying. We are excited and nervous. The suspense is killing me! I hope all is well with everyone. I will try to keep in touch as much as I can. Later all!!

Yeah this is my first. It is so hard to not want to do so much though. I just want everything to be perfect. My mom said I should just get used to sitting back and giving orders for everyone else to do it for me. I hate that!! It is just not me.

The first baby is pretty tough because you just want to keep doing everything you did before. When I was pregnant with my twins I was on "bedrest" for the last 4 months so I wasn't supposed to be doing anything. Well, I couldn't just let my husband do everything so I figured out things I could do while sitting! I think the most ambitiouse thing I did was paint the bottom half of the babies room then put a border on between the top and bottom. It took me a while but at least I felt like I had accomplished something. you just need to make sure you have lots of ventillation for the paint fumes! HANG IN THERE! it'll be all over soon and you'll be enjoying your time with your new little one. Helen

First off CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Been there . I only have one right now (DS is 4) and I was put on bed rest my last trimester. My DH and family kept yelling at me for getting up and doing things. But I just can't sit down and do nothing, it drives me crazy!

Enjoy this time. I absolutely it when my son was moving around and kicking. Yet at the same time I couldn't wait for him to be born so I could hold him; wondering what he was going to look like, etc.
