Hi, I don't know what "UOG" is, but I used Tour Guide Mike two years ago in July 2003, and I have to say that with only one exception, we didn't stand in line for more than ten minutes for any ride or attraction. And the exception was only because we had not planned on going on that particular ride in advance. Had I planned for it, we wouldn't have had to wait. Still, for the week that we were there, to only wait for one attraction during the busy summer season, I feel was a huge success!
His tips are great, in terms of itineraries.
The only thing I have a slight disagreement about is in terms of how much stuff to schlep in to the parks. He has a packing list, which makes sense, but if you pack everything he says to, that backpack gets to be a big drag when you're carrying it around all day in the heat. That being said, pack much of the lighter things he suggests carrying (like disposable ponchos). I had these packed when a sudden and strong thunderstorm downpour

occurred, and it kept me, my husband and stepdaughter from getting totally soaked before we were able to get indoors. The other useful thing he says to carry is a towel. We found bath towel to be too cumbersome, but a handtowel or two was quite handy (no pun intended!).
Good luck planning your trip! I wish I was planning my own right now.
