More Britney Escapades ....

I'm just wondering why she is buying g-strings when she is 5 months pregnant. :confused3

First of all, you need to wonder if this is a true story or not.

Second, I have changed wet diapers in my baby's stroller, or on a bench (with a changing cloth underneath). Never dirty diapers, just wet. Quick on/off and off we go. Sometimes the bathrooms are too far away.

Ms. Spears is doing nothing to deny it! If it weren't true, she'd have her attorneys slapping lawsuits for defamation.

As a person who works retail, you would be amazed what people do when changing their kids.

At the Disney store where I worked, we found dirty diapers in Plush mountain. People would plop the kids anywhere and change them.

At the store I'm at now, Pottery Barn Kids, we saw a mom stand the kid on the furniture and change the diaper while the kid was standing. I have seen people lay the kids on the beds in the store and change them there. All the while, we have 2 bathrooms in the store, with diaper changing tables and even baby wipes available.

Probably not in that order though.

Its what the media and a LOT of people seem to want to happen though. The press will not be satisfied with anything less than a nice headline Brittany commits suicide.

I haven't either and that makes you and I MUCH better people. Given that, Britney should just slit her wrists and turn her children over to Child Protective Services. Then everyone will be happy.

This is the queote I meant to reply to

Maybe she doesn't read the DIS boards.

So anyone who is critical of Britney Spears wants her to kill herself? That is a leap that simply defies all logic.

I posted a thread that has garnered me some criticism in the way I parent my children. While I might disagree with what some posters have said, it never occurred to me that they were somehow plotting to drive me to suicide. And paranoia was one of the things I was accused of in that thread!

So if I, admittedly a worrywart and suspected paranoid person, don't see a subliminal suicide message in someone's post, it probably isn't there.

Photographers make money taking pictures. If Britney kills herself, her future photo opportunities will be extremely limited. No one wants Britney to kill herself, not even her sleazebag husband who is probably the beneficiary of her life insurance policy.

I worked at Gymboree and once had a child duck underneath a rounder and take a crap. Her parents never offered to pick it up. They yelled at her (yes, yelled at a 2/3 year old who should have been better supervised) and left. We had to clean it up.

This story doesn't seem so far fetched to me. Regular people seem to treat retail employees/stores like garbage. I can imagine some celebrities might be more inclined to do the same.

Where is that baby's daddy? Seems like Britney is always lugging Sean Preston everywhere and dad is nowhere to be found. She picked a real winner! :thumbsup2

Maybe just possibly they don't know of the story or just figure it's not worth the fight. Geezzz many things are printed that are not true. But because it's her, it's gospel. I don't reallly care if it's true or not. I've changed diapers in many places, park bench, blanket in the park. I can say never in a store, but I have in a mall in the carriage, due to the fact that the bathroom was gross and the changing table that they provided has something smeared all over it. I'm sure that day many judged me, but had they known the "whole true story" they wouldn't and would have agreed with me.

Give it up people you don't know the whole story, there is always her side, their side and somewhere in the middle the truth. Leave her alone already.

No I didn't watch her interview with Matt that you've all talked about. I could care less. She's in the ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS........ nuff said.

Who in their right mind would hand a stranger a dirty diaper! At least their aren't any pictures of it on the internet.

Hey at least she wanted to dispose of it. I had a friend come to my house with her baby. We had to eat lunch in the living room because the baby was napping the couch. We had ordered in food and I got out TV trays so we could eat and be with baby. Well my friend decided she needed to change the baby's diaper. She does it and then puts dirty diaper on the tv tray with the food and sits there. There was a garbage pail a few feet away in the kitchen. I ask her "what are you doing?" She looks at me blankly. Hello, I occasionally eat off of the tv trays when I am home, working! She gets huffy when I politely ask her to please put it in the garbage.

Oh please ... what makes plopping your kid down in the middle of the store to change him, then asking the store clerk to throw away the diaper acceptable!?!? Celebrities have sued tabloids and whatnot for things less trivial than this report.

And, what could possibly be Britney's side of the story!? Oh ... she wasn't thinking. That's it. She has no common sense and did something stupid.

If she needed to change the kid and didn't want to be chased by papparazzi into a public bathroom, then she could have asked the Victoria's Secret girls for a private spot to change that baby in. As a celebrity, I'm sure that V-S would've accommodated her.

Anyway, where's her new bodyguard guy that does all her shopping, takes care of S-P, etc.!? If there was a concern about papparazzi, getting the child changed, etc., why wasn't he handling things?

They interviewed the Victoria's Secret employees last night on one of those late-night entertainment shows re. the incident. If the women were making it up, they'd face a huge lawsuit for defamation as would Victoria's Secret, I'm sure. Do you really think they're going spout out crap so that Britney could turn around and sue them!?

Sorry, but I think that Oops, Britney did it again!

Sorry, I don't think you change a diaper on a park bench.

I am sure you will find alot of worst things happening on a park bench than changing a diaper.

I did say that I wouldn't change a baby in a store but I was feeling really bad last night when everyone was saying that you don't change a baby on a park bench. I am glad I am not alone. Some times you have too.
