garlic bread (yum)
spaghetti with marinara sauce
veal parm
rigatoni country style, which is rigatoni with beans, broccoli & sausage meat in a chicken broth based sauce.

Everything was fantastic!

Beth, c'mon over anytime--I have some extra food. Well, we ate all the garlic bread & veal parm and I did have some of the spaghetti for lunch, but there is still a serving of that left. There's some rigatoni too, but I'm not giving that up--it's my favorite!

I'm disappointed about the money, especially with all the expenses coming up. Do you know that braces now average around $6-8,000 It also would have been a no brainer to book a vacation or two with the money coming in, now we have to really think about it. Beyond that, I'm really ticked at the amount of money I've put into it- buying baby gear and carseats and whatnot that I have no use for with my own kids, and honestly, if I do manage to get pregnant again, I want completely unused stuff for the baby (yeah, I know, snooty, but oh well, not to mention I don't want to hang on to stuff for a maybe).

Anyhow, the rest of it, I am SO incredibly glad to be done with. The older kid was great, never gave me any trouble at all. Kayleigh will really miss having someone her own age around. The younger two, what whiny b's, both of them. I've been around a lot of kids and I have seriously never encountered kids so completely unable to deal with anything. So I won't miss the job per se, just the extra security of that cash every week. Oh well.

I wonder how long it would take me to drive from CT to Vegas
