Ok, how's this:

It's always hot here in the summer. Right now it's 96 with a real feel of 106 because we have about 20% humidity which is a lot for us so it's making it feel hotter.

This is pretty much what most of the roads in Northern Mi look like in the winter. Surrounded by trees and snow. Actually, that was if you were lucky! Most of the time the snow was on the roads too!!
