Timekeeper originally opened as "America the Beautiful", then was changed to "Magic Carpet around the World", then for the Bicentenial "America the Beautiful" was brought back and stayed until Timekeeper opened. I never got to see MCATW, because the one time I had a chance (during the short time that it ran) I had eaten an ice cream, ridden the Tea Cups then entered the theatre (to 'relax'), and as the theatre started diving down into the fiords of Norway, I had to hit the exit (luckily I got out before a dreaded protein spill occured).
I don't remember HoP being downgraded to a D, just it becoming free then the ticket books went away.
Kinda strange how when they got rid of the reservations for the Diamond Horseshoe show, the demand diminished (you basically can walk in off the street for a show now-a-days). We used to kill/race to get a reservation, well I never really killed anyone, but I easily could have been 1st in line one time (if I had known it was a race...I was #2 simply jogging)
As far as 360 films go...
Personnally I hate shows/preshows where you have to stand, because my legs hurt so much when I have to stand in one place for just a few minutes.
