DCL claims all refunds for this cruise will be done by tomorrow. They are charging $139 PER PERSON PORT FEES, $24.70 PER PERSON TAXES AND $99 PER PERSON INSURANCE if purchased thru them. After subtracting these amounts from your cost they are refunding 50% of balance.
