Morbius question

Is it possible DCL shows Morbius on some January cruises since it opens Jan 28? I doubt it very much, but I could be wrong?

New films typically show onboard the ships on the day they are released. I wouldn't expect it to be shown earlier than that.

It’s a Sony film, though, like the Spider-Man films. Not a Disney film.

I’m not sure if they showed “Homecoming” or “Far From Home” on the ships? If they did, then I guess they’d show “Morbius,” as well.

But even if they did a “PremiEAR at Sea” (or whatever they call it), it would be, at best, the evening before the shoreside U.S. release date.

I am hoping that they do since we will be on the Fantasy during that time. DH does not think that they will since it is a Sony production.

That would be a good thing to find out and may give us a better indication as to whether we can hope for it or not.

Spiderman Homecoming was shown on our MDAS in 2017. I am not sure Far From Home has been on the ships, but that is probably due to the pandemic.

In the past, when there has been a premier at sea, they have not announced ahead of time that the movie will be available. So, because Spiderman is not out yet, is may not be on the movie schedule that shoreside can access. I do not know that it will be shown on your cruise, but it seems likely.
