OK, I know I have seen this somewhere, but are electric moped's allowed at FW?

Yes mopeds are allowed but only on the roads and only by licensed drivers.They are listed as a motor vehicle in the FW rules,electric ones might be different. I would call the resort and /or the bike barn to see if your is listed under something else.The resort number is 407-824-2900 the bike barn is 407-824-2742
