Morning all,

Well I can tell you 13 years ago it was a beautiful warm fall day. Today it is cold and rainy.

Boy have we changed. Hubby no longer has huge glasses ,but has less hair and add a goatee. Me add about 30 pounds I would say give or take, plus I wear my glasses all the time now, add a few wrinkles.

Twinkie we were both 31 in that picture.

Hope everybody had a nice weekend. We rodeo'd Saturday and Sunday.

Babynurse -- Did you win anything at the rodeo? What can you win? Ribbons, trophies, money? Or is it just a show.

Moo-- I agree your hubby looks pretty happy with those to puppies. Sorry about your laptop cord. Puppies are a lot of work.

Pumba-- How did your little princess get a black eye. Poor thing.

Poly-- Hope everything works out with hubby's work. I know of what you speak. We have a lot of GM works in our neighbourhood. Our government helped them out to while ago. I think they shut down a third shift or something. Another plant was going to close but are now going to make the new camero.

Sandy-- never made no bake cookies before but I do bake a heck a lot of Christmas cookies. I bake for us, my family and hubby's family. Each year I say I am going to cut down but I don't.

My granddaughter was moving the furniture and she fell into the canadian glider.....she laughed her mama said.......so she didnt know she had a black eye until the next morning when she woke up.....which is how some appear......

spent the morning looking at some places up in Gods country. Most of the places are 16 miles to Quebec......but the out doors is beautiful. We are only looking on line right now......and the realtor sent me some info on one of the places.....it doesnt look like a nice one but it has more land with it. One was PERFECT I mean PERFECT .....you could eat off the new floors.....but not much land with it.......so I guess we could get the dump and fix it up to our liking......decisions decisions.......we just want a place to go hunting and to get away from the city once in a while......but moose and bear roam the areas.....more decisions.....I guess I have to be satisfied as long as it has facilities.....you know what I mean......hahaha....

I guess I should do something constructive with my day.......cause I sure as heck havent done anything yet......see you later

Wendy - I took a nap yesterday too. But than again, I take a nap almost everyday. I can't today though, I slept until 8:30 because I was up multiple times with 2 kids.

Twinkie - You can go to the Tupperware website and find a consultant near you.

Moo - Congrats on your new puppies. My upcoming baby sounds like less work.

We had a nice(ish) weekend. Marita's great weather didn't quite make it this far south, as usual. So the "cool front" only made us nearer to normal October temps, but still not there yet. It was less humid and really breezy. That at least was a relief. They kept talking about another front that was supposed to have us in the low 80's on Tuesday. But I'm seeing nothing but summer temps with rain chances everyday, which means humidity. They are such liars.

Chad had to go clear up to Venis for work today. That's about 1 1/2 hours drive. But thankfully it's a rough in, which pays better than hourly. I feel bad for him having to drive so far by himself though.

Still no closing date. The hold up now is that there is some discount the from the school board or something that is being given to builders for permit costs. It will be another 2000 that will be taken from our principal amount. But it's just another delay. I just want to see our land cleared!

What are the new guidelines and why have they changed AGAIN???????????

I am not sure what Tammy had at the tea but I do know that I had diet coke and the kids had chocolate milk.

Everyone must have worked today but it was really quiet here today.

Nicholas got a note sent home today from school because he took a magazine to school. It was from West 49 a store that sells skateboards and clothing. Well I guess this magazine had two bad words in it, one being "hell" and one being "s-it" It was in an ad in real small letters too but he was showing the other guys in the class it and got caught. The way the note sounded I thought it had to at least be the "f" word. The words went in a circle and he wrote out the sentence on his math book to see what it said. He took this book to school all last week because it shows skateboard moves in it. Who knew...

Celery-- did you decide where to go at Christmas. Hope it wasn't that scary place. Maybe you need to go where there is snow. Does Nashville get cold?

It's after 4 pm...and I'm just now getting dressed out of my "lounge-wear" which I also happened to wake up in, funny, eh?

It's not been a lazy day, mind you. Just needed to do laundry and dusting and windows today and those things are best accomplished in comfy clothes.

Plus I updated my TR but this chapter is not that good because I didn't take any notes. Ok, one word, "cake", was all I had to jog my memory. And a quick phone call to Moo. But it was necessary to mooooove things along to our big MGM day...and the big MUTANT flying cockroach looking bug. It was BIG, I tell you!
