There is a slight difference between you and me in regards to eating at Chef M's, PJ. I have worked at Disney for 35 years, before you were ever a twinkle in your parent's eyes.

But then again, CM's hasnt been there all that time either. But the HOOP has, and I have never been there either

Now that I've been to. Or at least rumor has it. I don't remember it, I was just a wee one. I want to do that again some time.

I just went on one of the 11 night Mediterranean Disney cruises this summer. It was amazing. If anyone wins that lottery y'all speak of you should retire and live on the Disney Cruise.

They're not in the Med anymore, they're back to the Caribbean. All the Caribbean cruises stop at Castaway Cay. Then the Magic is going back out to the West Coast next summer to cruise Mexico.

I admit that I'm a loser and here on a Friday night. I just went out to dinner with my friend and then I said I am going home!!!! I had my 3 and 5 year old cousins all day and I'm tired, darn it! Plus certain people woke me up at 7:30 this morning when they called me. Not naming any names....

OK, Lexi, I am off to peel now. Twice a week every week?????? EEEK! I might make it till the meet, then forget it. I hope I don't turn into a tomato shade.

AND I'm just going to add this: I was drawing blood today from a 2 day old infant. I always have my cell phone in my pocket, just in case the kids school tries to call. So, my pocket starts vibrating just as I'm poking the poor baby's heel with a needle. WONDER WHO THAT COULD BE?

One of the other nurses, Tasha, said "Is your pocket vibrating?"

"no?" So, I put down the baby's little tiny foot, and check my phone. It's a text message from guess who.

Tasha says "are you text messaging?"

"no?"

"Elisabeth, you hip young college chick!"

Those were her exact words!!!!

And I thought I only played one on the dis.

The only good reason I see is leavin messages so other people dont hear that you are actuallly on the phone, but it seems to go much beyond that.

The only good reason I see is leavin messages so other people dont hear that you are actuallly on the phone, but it seems to go much beyond that.

3 reasons I can think of:

3. I'm wIerd about the phone, I admit that. There are very few people that I like to talk to on the phone. (yes, Elisabeth, feel very fortunate) For the most part I hate it.

2. Plus sometimes texting is faster. I don't usually use it for whole conversations...just like hey, are you here yet?

AND the number 1 most important reason that overshadows all the rest...

1. It can be done covertly in many, many places. Including class. And boring meetings. And while working at Chef Mickey's. Not that I would know. However, for the record, it cannot be done in the Vatican. Again, not that I would know.

I am talking. Always talking. Always always. SO, when I'm supposed to do something quiet, like sit in class, I need an outlet. I do not excel at sitting still and being quiet.
