Celery: You are in my prayers! Lots of pixied dust going your way!!!:hug:

Moo: Wow. 80 lbs! Impressive!!! Way to go! August and September our are busiest baby birthing months, so hoepfully I'll get more work soon!

Twink: C'mon c'mon!

To all the moovers I love so dear: :wave2:

Cheese Nips were on "sell" at Walmart for a dollar. Bought some and they SUCK. What was I thinking for that cracker name choice??? *shrugs*
I now have switched teams from Nips to Its. Or is it Itz?

Guys! I miss you! I'm without internet all day till I'm at school at night. That and my laptop was stolen (my Suburban window was busted and the laptop stolen. Side note: I KNOW not to leave such valuables in the car. I left it in the car only once and haaaate myself for that lapse) and the hard drives from the pc's at home are "evidence" (guess who was on e-Harmony??? :rolleyes1 No, not ME). If Mr. Perfect wants to paint me as a such-and-such, I have my pot calling the kettle black card ace in the hole. Heh.

Speaking of He Who Shant Be Named (I call him Shant), today would have been our 13th wedding anniversary. A day of loathing, it would have been.

Pre-trial Hearing on this Wednesday. Nervous!

Miss you guys and the Dis! Gah! Must not become rusty in all things Disney!

Cel - Sending support and prayers your way - you CAN do this! And it will be really good for weight loss/maintenance too 'cause there's lots of calories in alcohol :grouphug:

Wendy - It's good to have you back here - happy NON-anniversary/loathing day and you know you'll have a bunch of friends pulling for you on Wednesday :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Cel I think its great that you took that step. You know we will be here for you!

I'm seriously thinkng of joining a laser smoking program.

Wendy, great to see you! We miss you! Good luck on the court stuff, eek!!!!!!!!!

Thanks! Lookie, I got to play on the internet twice today! I am a lady of leisure, for sure.

Bleurk...I'm all nervous about court and decided to sabotage my weight loss efforts with a mint Three Musketeers bar :sad2: and it's making my stomach all kinds of ooogie.

Again, I say...BE-LORRK!!!! :guilty:

I slept decent last night. Woot!!! Only got up 2 times to potty.

I think I'm going to skip my appointment tomorrow night. It's pointless anyway. I can check my own BP at the grocery and they didn't even do an internal check last week. Plus I just am afraid the midwife in training will be there again and I just don't like her at all. She was like, "We'll check you again...............................................................................................................................(awkward silence)............................um....................uh..............................like....................................39? weeks?

Meanwhile I don't usually dilate to 3cm by only 36 weeks and If I continue to dilate I want to know. It makes all the difference in the world if my water breaks. I'd rather have the baby at home and then go in, instead of having the baby in the car on the way. So I taught Chad how to check me. He could feel the baby's head and the space between the bones of the skull. We measured his fingers after when he recreated how far apart they were and I'm 4-5cm now. I figured if they aren't going to listen to me at the BC we better learn these things on our own. At least when I'm in labor he'll be able to tell what's going on.

I am SO ready to get this over with!

The holiday weekend couldn't have been better. We needed this family time. We are going on holidays in a few weeks but my mom is coming with us so it was nice just to have the four of us.

Celery-- like others I am so proud of you for taking this step. I will keep you in my prayers.

Moo--80 pounds!!!....:woohoo: So proud of you too. Even with the surgery I know it must be hard giving up things you love to eat.

Mommy P-- Chad checks you. Now that is a great father and husband. Don't think I could get my hubby to do that he would be like this.:scared1: Don't blame you for not wanting to have it in the car even though Chad sounds veyr capable to deliver the baby if he had to.

Wendy good to see you around here.

Off to the Summer reading book club at the library and then have to come home and start cleaning....my Mother is coming next week to stay for 4 days before we leave., need I say more.

Celery....I am very proud of you. That's a big step! I know you can do it. Think of me remembering you in my prayers and sending positive thoughts your way. Let us know how it's going, okay?:hug::hug:

Moo...WOOHOO on 80 pounds!!!! :cool1::yay: That must feel GREAT! :thumbsup2

Marita...any trip planning updates?

Nab...good luck with your mom visiting. Oy. ;)

My plans were foiled today. I was going to go work in my classroom but we've had such crazy weather! Tons and tons of rain and all the streets downtown and around my school are flooded. My school is closed. The teachers who were there aren't able to get out. I just talked to my friend and she was stuck. Idk what they're going to do. The tv just said don't go out unless you need to and that hurricane strength winds are coming. Wtheck? Oh well. Hopefully it will clear up in time to go in tomorrow. Keep all appendages crossed. Please and thank you.

Anyone got anything interesting to report? popcorn::

Anyone got anything interesting to report? popcorn::
No. But I'll tell you what I'm doing anyway.

Went to mom's over the weekend and did lots of bargain shopping. Spent Friday at Opry Mills in NashVegas. (Hi, Cel!) Got home Sunday and hit the ground runnin. Last full week of summer for the kids and Emily is babysitting every day for a teacher that had to go back to school this week. DXH will have DS most of the week.

PJ....Glad you're OK! Scary dark and stormy today. I hear Loo-uh-vull is under water. The downtown library got hit hard?!

MP....Chad "checks" you. He's a goooood husband.

Moo? Did I already say how proud I am? And YAY. BLT is open, babee!

Celery! I'm proud of you too. Problem drinking will ruin everything that's worth having in this life. Glad to hear you're tackling it head on. Sending prayers.

Wendee! How are ya? Prayers for Wednesday.

WT.....:flower3:pirate::rolleyes::sad2::hug:

Where's Twink???

GUESS WHAT? poly is now my Facebook friend! I still "see" her every day on trivia. She says to tell everyone "hi". I'll message you all her name so you can friend her too.

Later, taters.

Off to the Summer reading book club at the library and then have to come home and start cleaning....my Mother is coming next week to stay for 4 days before we leave., need I say more.

Nope, know that experience well. I used to take days off to clean before mom came for her annual visit

Marita...any trip planning updates?

Funny you should ask, I do actually, fresh tonight! DS wants his father to drive with him to Montana (U-Haul full of furniture and towing SUV). 4 days throught the Rockies :scared1: So DH said he told DS that he doubted that I would want to ride in a truck for 4 days, and at first I agreed. But now I'm thinking, why not? See the country, the Rockies, Montana, parts of CA, etc, spend time with my son. Or I could go home and sulk on the couch and worry about them or go to the job I hate. Hmmmm, let me think about that :scratchin

We would probably go to DL on Friday afternoon/night after the graduation and spend Saturday, maybe part of Sunday there. Missing traffic in LA might be tricky. I read somewhere that hitting at rush hour adds 2 hours and 10 mns to the trip. :scared1: DD has to leave from LA on Sunday. Then we would go back to Vandenberg and leave for Montana on Monday. Probably will skip the wine tour, but that's fine with me.

Lexi, great to see you posting here more often again!

PJ, wow on the weather, it would suck to be stuck at school. Glad you were able to avoid it.

MP, Chad is some guy!

Wendy, all appendages crossed for tomorrow!

I finally got this project at work done today that was hanging around my neck like a stone (preliminary anyway). Thank goodness. I can finally get on with doing things at home for a bit.
Have to wash some dishes tonight that I haven't done in 2 days (neither has DH and he is usually pretty good about that). Thankfully not many. Amazing what not cooking does to your dish washing requirements, LOL.

Thanks for all the appendage crossings and welcomes!

I'm in class (hence the internet) pretending to pay attention and look like I'm typing notes. Heh.

Moo- I'm amazed at your progress, mama! Feels GREAT, doesnt it?

Melindee- thanks! I need TONS of prayers on wednesday! I absolutely do not attend the LDS church anymore (at all. whatsoever) because of the councel I received to stay with the jerk for the kids. BAH! OOOps, that was a weird tangent...my point is/was I still pray and deeply believe in God.

Mommyp- Ugh, I remember what you are talking about...to want to be done! Cant wait for the baby to come!

Nab- thanks! I want to come visit y'all on this thread when I can. Sucks to not be internetted!

PJ- Yes, I have something "interesting" (to me ) Norah is all registered for Kindergarten! She is SOOOO excited to learn! I hope she gets a good teacher! Hope you are well!

Twinkeeee and Baby Nurse- how yous doin?

Hey, I just saw that the trip to Montana would take us through Las Vegas. Might stop maybe for a little sightseeing if time permits............. (Doubtful with DH and DS in tow though).

Went to order some German pretzels online that were on sale ($6 off package of 10), but they had a minimum order of $25 totsl, so I added some chocolates. Total order came to $27, with shipping it was over $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ummm. I don't think so, I can live without German pretzels and chocolate... I'm not paying $25 for shipping for that.

Thanks for all the support!!! I was thrilled to hit 80 lbs . . . I think of it as two ginormous bags of water softener salt . . . almost 10 gallons of water . . . a couple Poppins boys . . .

MommyP - I am also super impressed about what you have convinced Chad to do in preparation for the baby! Yay for sleeping decently :thumbsup2

Wendy - Sending great big bunches of prayers, hugs, and pixie dust for tomorrow. AND you will look smokin' hot too!!!

Marita - You should definitely take that time off work :dance3: It will be fun to see a different part of the country! TG for finishing up that work project - that has to be a huge relief.

Nabbie - Happy cleaning! I'm sure your mom will love seeing the basement transformation :goodvibes

Peej - That's terrible about the storms and flooding today (please don't send them my way). Thank your lucky stars that you weren't stuck at school.

Lex! Yes, BLT is open!!!!!! I didn't have time tonight to check for new photos posted by people staying there for the opening, but that's on my agenda for tomorrow night! I'm looking forward to staying there.

I read the rumor about ticket prices increasing and bought our tickets last week

That's cool that you're friends with poly on FB - thanks for sending me her name, I was having trouble remembering it.

bbn - Has the baby business picked up yet??! ;) Full moon is only two days away!!!

MP....Chad "checks" you. He's a goooood husband.

[

Chad is hoping I go too fast and deliver at home. He would prefer to do the delivering here and himself. He talks seriously of just having the next one at home. I would, but am afraid of bleeding too much since I've had so many. Of course ObamaCare might make us have to do just that. :scared1:

Thanks for all the support!!! I was thrilled to hit 80 lbs . . . I think of it as two ginormous bags of water softener salt . . . almost 10 gallons of water . . . a couple Poppins boys . . .

Wow, when you think of it like that it really makes you realize how much that is. Way to go!!!!!!!!!

My back ached and I was crampy all day yesterday. I had contractions ALL night and this morning? Nothing. lol. At least all this pre labor crap is doing something.

I canceled my appointment for tonight. It's 45 minutes there and back, plus a $2 toll, plus dinner out and gas. Since they don't check me anyway, it's a wasted trip at this point. I'll go next week.

 y'all.

Moo: The baby business DID pick up, just like you predicted. I am lucky? enough to get to drive in at 3 a.m. tomorrow morning. I think I will wear my Cpt Jack scrubs. They always make me happy. What's funny is his face happens to be in a very *interesting* place on the scrub top. I would like to flatter myself and think people are staring at my curves, but I think it's just Cpt.
